We’re inspired by the pristine environment that we’re surrounded by - the stunning Tasman Bay with its turquoise ocean, the rolling hills and marble mountains, the plains that grow some of New Zealand’s best produce. And the best way to get to know a local area is through its food.
That’s why our offering is anchored in the ‘Farm to Plate’ concept and we operate on the philosophy that if we can't grow it ourselves, we source it locally.
